We are thrilled to announce that Google Top Contributor Suzanne Alain has decided to join the VBC Marketing team as an SEO consultant.

Suzanne has been a Google TC in Google’s Webmaster Central Help Forum since 2013, helping Webmasters with their SEO questions. She’s been flown out to the Google Campus twice for Google Top Contributor Summits, as well as to Google’s New York City offices for a Top Contributor and Rising Star MeetUp. As a Top Contributor, she also has access to try Google products as a beta tester, chat online with other Top Contributors, and has direct access to Googlers.

Having set up her first website back in 1995 by teaching herself HTML to currently owning and solo operating a website bringing in over 3.5 million visitors a year, Suzanne understands what it takes to run a website.

From coding, designing UX, launching redesigns, analyzing traffic, hiring content writers and other sub-contractors, she’s learned a thing or two over the years. One of the first pieces of advice she saw about building a website was “to make it sticky”. That still holds true after all this time.

With a site that relies heavily on Google traffic, Suzanne knows the ins and outs of keeping Google happy. (The secret? Keeping visitors happy!)

The desire to help other companies and SMB business owners understand and follow Google’s guidelines led her to offer her SEO services in collaboration with VBC. However, Suzanne is a big believer that to amplify your returns from SEO, it has to be tightly woven into a complete online marketing strategy, from content and advertising to social and lead nurturing.

Send us an email for a free consultation on how you can drive traffic and increase leads from your website.
